Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our offer is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 2 Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with WEGA GmbH Bekleidungsfabrik. You can add products to your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before completing your order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after submission by an automatically generated e-mail; this is when the purchase contract is concluded.

§ 3 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal instructions.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

The stated prices are final prices and include statutory VAT, plus any applicable shipping costs. The following payment methods are available: advance payment (bank transfer), PayPal Plus (including credit card payment without a PayPal account) and Klarna invoice purchase, due 14 days after shipment and subject to a successful address and credit check.

§ 5 Delivery and Shipping Terms

Delivery is made via DHL to the specified delivery address. Details on shipping costs and delivery times can be found in our shipping terms. Collection of the goods is possible by prior arrangement at our company headquarters, Fabrikstr. 19-23, 83101 Rohrdorf-Thansau, Germany.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of WEGA GmbH Bekleidungsfabrik until paid in full.

§ 7 Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the defect to the carrier and contact us immediately. Failure to make such a complaint has no effect whatsoever on your statutory claims.

§ 8 Warranty

Statutory warranty law applies.

§ 9 Applicable Law, Contract Language

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides. The contract language is German. We do not store the text of the contract, and it is no longer accessible via the website after the order has been completed.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
